About Shelli Novotny Real Estate 1 Group

I am a full time Realtor specializing in Residential Real Estate. My Clients Number one Goal is My number one Goal. If you want to save time and money, call me. I will promote your interest in your real estate transaction. I have 3 children, and three grand children. I have been in Real Estate since 2003 . I started my career with a larger real estate company and branched out with a business partner and became the principle broker for 7 years. My daughter became ill. At that time I had to draw a line in the sand and decide if being a mom was more important or growing a company. I sold my shares with the company I had helped grow to 128 agents and joined a much larger company. The company I joined was Prudential Ambassador Real Estate which is now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate. It took me almost 2 years to decompress and get used to just selling real estate, but I soon discovered it was the best decision I could have ever made for myself, my daughter, my family and my clients. I was able to have razor sharp focus in my business and help my daughter become healthy. Prior to real estate I was in sales for 12 years. I know how to close the deal, negotiate on your behalf, work through the issues that come about in home inspections and title issues etc. I work hard for my all my clients and I become friends with the majority of them. If you are looking for an agent that will work hard on your behalf, and have your best interest at hand, contact me directly at 402-250-7042. I look forward to meeting you. Call this number when you are ready to buy, sell or invest in real estate. Shelli Novotny Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate
